What is a TAB Business Owner?
We call our franchise owners TAB Business Owners, or TBOs. They are more than “franchisees”—they are talented business owners who share a success mindset, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to make a meaningful difference by helping others.
Unlike owning a typical business-to-business franchise, TBOs are business owners in every sense. They enjoy incredible flexibility and independence, are part of a world-class community of peers, and receive unparalleled training and support. They can also leverage their experience and achievements rather than reinvent themselves and their careers. They can apply their knowledge to help others become more successful.
TAB also provides a subscription model, which gives TAB Business Owners more peace of mind about how much money is coming in each month. TAB’s marketing support, contract facilitator model, and protected territories also mean our TBOs can quickly grow their businesses. It also frees up time to earn even more from consulting or to create a more rewarding work-life balance.
A Typical Week of a TAB Business Owner
Following the proven TAB system, each month you will host multiple 4-hour (virtual board) meetings made up of business owners in your local community. You will be instrumental in making sure each TAB Board Member gets maximum value from each TAB Board meeting by helping draw out actionable ideas and strategies to help improve the business and the business owner.
Each of your TAB Board Members will meet (virtually) with you each month, where you will be their accountability partner to make sure what they promised to themselves (and their Board) is implemented in their business.
You’ll attend business networking events in your local community or virtually, and even host a few of your own. You enjoy connecting with your local community and knowing a lot of people in the business community. You will deliver topic talks on business growth by local networking events where you will firstly provide value and explain why TAB offers a great benefit to the small to medium-sized business community.
Developing your Business
You’ll use multiple marketing and sales tools, including direct dialing, social media, email outreach, and in-person or virtual networking to explain what TAB does and how it can help business owners. You’ll meet face-to-face with potential strategic alliance partners, event hosts, and prospective TAB Board Members to determine whether there’s a good fit for potential partnership.
As a trusted business advisor, you’ll get occasional business consulting assignments from your TAB Members. The scope of this opportunity can be as niche or as broad as you’d like to make it.

I was able to grow my TAB business to 15 TAB Members and three TAB Boards in only a few months after I launched. The most important thing I advise potential partners is to be willing to take advice from the TAB community. TAB Facilitators are business owners just like any other; they have to be open to learn and grow.
